Sixty something Fern (Alison Steadman) and Dave (Dave Johns) meet walking their dogs in a North London park. They tentatively form a relationship but their families, past secrets and present problems look to scupper the slowly blossoming love. Set against the dramatic background of the changing seasons of one year.
