LIVE: MARCHES CHOIR
Sat, 1st July, 2017 @ 19:00pm - 21:15pm
£5 – £18Marches Choir Extravaganza!
The Marches Choir are pulling out all the stops for their forthcoming Summer Concert, on Saturday 1st July, which promises to be a very entertaining evening and a first for the choir. It will be their debut performance in the wonderful SPARC Theatre at Bishop’s Castle and their first venture into drama. scenery and costume!
Trial by Jury- by Gilbert and Sullivan is a highly amusing and musically entertaining piece of theatre, poking fun at the Judicial system of the time (late 19 century) which still resonates in today’s world, over 100 years later!
There will be an experienced orchestra, the Marches Sinfonietta, who will perform some classics such as Offenbach’s Can-Can, and there’s some great soloists.
So come and enjoy this evening of musical fun in convivial surroundings!
